This 24-month warranty covers defects in workmanship and installed parts for the specific service performed. This includes movement adjustments, cleaning, assembly, replacement of parts installed during services, water-resistance testing, and sealing.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. It also does not cover unrelated problems if only a partial service was performed (e.g., a battery replacement).
To claim a warranty service, you must present proof of service. All warranty work will be performed exclusively by Tempris Time at no additional charge.
