Yes. We have the training and equipment to carefully service vintage and heritage timepieces. For rare or fragile models, we will discuss the best preservation-friendly options before starting.

Yes. Whenever applicable, we use genuine manufacturer parts. We also maintain official supplier accounts to ensure authenticity and quality.

Process & Pricing

How do I send in my watch?

You can ship your watch securely using insured overnight shipping or use our local concierge pick-up and drop-off service. We provide packaging guidance to ensure safe transport.

Pricing depends on the type of service and the specific watch. Battery replacements and bracelet adjustments start at a modest rate, while overhauls vary by brand and complication. You will always receive a written estimate before work begins.

Warranty & Payments

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Every overhaul or major service includes a 2-year warranty on workmanship. This covers service-related issues but does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash for local clients.
